We are based in Warrington but cover work in and around the Cheshire area.

We predominantly work on home extensions, renovations & conversions. But we will consider all aspects of building work and assess each job individually.

Yes for most jobs we can give a free quotation once we are provided with full building regulation drawings & usually after a site visit.

We can sometimes give an approximate estimation without plans but we strongly advise on professional architectural drawings so we can offer a specific and detailed price to each individual job.

We work extremely hard to ensure our customers get the project delivered in the best possible way along with excellent customer services. Our prices are very competitive.

Many projects are possible without planning permission, you would need to speak with our architect to find out what your project requires.

Yes we work closely with our own architect who will assist with your ideas/plans and drawings prior to getting our quotation for the project.

You would be surprised how many times this gets asked but each job is different so there is no simple answer but most standard size rear extensions are between 6-12 weeks.

No we can work around you and make the house secure at all times. Some people do vacate or go on holiday whilst work is going on this is down to personal preference.

Yes we have numerous jobs either ongoing or completed you can visit to see our work and speak with our customers.

RDH takes H&S extremely seriously. We have comprehensive insurance in place, and all staff are trained and practice the required H&S standards on each job. Our H&S policy & Insurance is shown to all customers before work begins.

All our employees are directly employed by RDH. This allows us to set and maintain a very high standard of workmanship.
