About Us

RDH is owned and operated by Managing Director Robert Hayes who founded the company in 2014. 

Warrington born and bred Rob still lives in his hometown, married to Sophie who also works in the business. He has two children who keep him busy and when not working will more than likely be found out on the golf course!

Qualified to Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Joinery & Carpentry and to HNC Level in Construction & The Built Environment, along with over 20 years experience on the tools and project management.

Growing up Rob was surrounded by family who all worked within construction, and over the years has gained a vast insight into the working practices in the industry from the various projects and developments he has been involved with.

Rob has built up a great team of tradesmen at RDH and together they have worked on some of the finest homes in the area, all down to our fantastic results and reputation.
